Hi,

Im trying to get an A60 engine back together, but Im struggling to find any workshop manual/ information relating to torque settings and tappit adjustment etc...

Can anyone here help please.....

(otherwise I may end up with a number of very expensive  novelty paperweights to put on ebay)!

Sometimes, bolt torque and tappet settings can be common to other similar engines etc, try some lateral thinking and find the bolt sizes then look at other engines etc? Good luck with the hunt for the correct settings  though!

When I had my A55 engine in bits, I couldnt find any torque settings, so I just used the same settings as a fordson Dexta thinking it was a similar engine. I put it all back together a couple of years ago and it has been totally fine since. They are very robust engines and I think they will be quite forgiving.
