Panther 60/881 set up

Looks really good - we'd love a smart metal option but it's hard enough us getting the existing parts made at moment...

One plus is the new GB bars coming [sprocket nosed] should have the oilers already there as I appreciate it's a faff for people to drill the bar.

The Panther nose guard will have holes to feed down into these.

Really what we want is an oiler that pumps oil onto the bar as the chain goes round the sprocket ie. if the saw is running it pumps. Pretty much what a chainsaw does - but again midway on a massive list of 'jobs to do!'

How’s the 881?

Being nursed with a few tanks cross cutting, he’s got a good sized old Oak that’s probs gonna have to come down next to his house so probably a good opportunity to christen it.

Interesting, do you not think the gravity feed's able to deliver enough oil, I'd have thought it would.. although I've no experience with the very large set ups I've seen you use, cheers.

I don’t use aux oilers.
Even on 84” bars,
I can see they have a place though.
