Can Italian cypresses (Cupressus sempervirens) look so different??

Hello. Help needed with these two trees. They have identical leaves and cones, they have the same height so obviously they were planted the same time, but from aside they look quite different - while the further one is thinner and more accurate, the closer one looks more like a juniper. Is it normal for Italian cypresses to look so different like this? Thanks a lot

If i had driven past that, would have put back one as Pencil cedar, that has blue/green tinge to foliage. K

Thanks for your answer! As it's end of winter, today I collected some branches of the both trees with one and two years cones  to take cuttings and to experiment with seeds. True, when unwashed the foliage looks bluish/tinge, but after washing it from street dirt, dust, etc it turned out to be rich green beautiful color.

The one far left looks similar to the one in question aswell

Maybe cupressus sempervirens agrimed

Thank you for your answer! What about Cupressus sempervirens var. horizontalis, a variety called horizontal cypress? And another question, can different varietes of Italian cypress (for example columnar Cupressus sempervirens Stricta, argimed or horizontalis) have absolutely identical foliage, cones while genetically forming different crown shapes?
