A Neanderthal but effective way is to use a Makita mains powered impact wrench and stop tightening the moment the rattler kicks in.  I went tighter than that once and paid the price by means of a shattered blade, the main crack starting at one of the bolts.

Since going a bit easier on the tightening I've had no problems.

A major benefit of the wrench is that it preserves the corners of the blade bolts as the force is applied only to the long sides of the bolt heads.
