Had to do the passenger side on mine, easily diyable drying the carpet out after is the hardest bit!

 

Some people said that the screw hole for the plastic trim on top lets water in too, and also there's a folded lip where the side panel meets the roof that isn't watertight either, but mine had factory sealant and paint on it so it was definitely the window in my case.
