200t slow to full revs

Hi folks

My 200t has recently noticeably increased the time taken to full revs. I squeeze the throttle and it kinda goes v v v vroom rather than vroom if you get what i mean. Full revs is there, just takes a bit more time than usual.

I've cleaned out the carb and it helped with a little bit of bogging down that was happening, but not this part.

Any tips?

TIA

Stew

Gauze strainer in the carb, possibly the saw has a small seize, if the top end or carb are aftermarket......😢 the carb may need a bit more on the L screw, if the carb is an accelerator pump one then it may need a new one as this sounds like it isn't pumping the fuel in as it should. replace the fuel filter and blow the air filter through with fluid and air.

If all this fails, check the impulse line hasn't come off as it is common.

When was it last serviced.........don't bother answering that one as it is always when it broke last!!!!!
