Hey ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผย

Finally found some good chainsaw boots which are well rated in a small size from Gustharts which start at size 5.5 which is exactly what I needed !!! So if anyone out there has wee feet hopefully this post will help ๐Ÿ™‚ย

They have memory foam gubbins. Very comfy.

Only 75p more ๐Ÿ˜‚ย

They look pretty similar to the Andrews but I admit I was shocked at how stiff they feel a d have been wearing them to walk the coast so I can break them in ๐Ÿ˜ฌ how comfortable are your boots ? And do these solid heavy boots EVER soften over time ?ย

My Tree hogs were comfy from Day 1 Samย  ๐Ÿ™ย  might need some sweating in, in Summerย  ๐Ÿ˜ K

Thanks to living on an island and Covid I have not had the opportunity to try any boots on but these Andrew boots make me walk like a robot ๐Ÿ˜‚ have you ever had a pair of Andrewsย ?ย

The boots are meant to be a bit stiff.

ย

Provides support when wearing spikes and adds to the longevity when you are kickingย twigs around behind a chipper.

ย

I am in my second pair of Andrewโ€™s after 4 pairs of the air streams. ย Both good boots but the last couple of pairs of Airstreams didnโ€™t last any where near as long as the first two pairs.

ย

Theyย will be fine and comfy.

On correct fit there should be about 1.0 to 1.5 cm at the front of the toes, if you take the insolesย out and place your feet on them it can be used as a guide however theย thickness of socks to be worn will have to be taken into consideration. Haix boots have a guide mark on insoles but donโ€™t know about those Andrewโ€™s. Haix have also three options on insoles for narrow, medium and wide feet and provide a free stretching service if required but with safety boots if too tight in toeย area then have to go up a size as that part of a boot cannot be stretched.ย There needs to be a bit of space in boots around feet otherwise in winter feet canย be cold.
