Husqvarna 560xp problems

Okay just noticed there the chain tensioner isn't going as much as I would like it too. Assuming this is the area the repair shop noticed this the reason for the new chain tighter though for some reason after it being replaced its still not tightening as much as it should. Possibly a connection to all the other problems or one from something else? If a new chain tightneing screw has already been replaced surely must be coming from something else. Added couple more photos. I can also put a video of the chainsaw in action tomorrow if needed.

Unless the bar delaminates as mine did .

Or when the cockwomble using the saw hasn't tightened it up. I was out at a tree across the road one night, the guys were cutting it up when I suddenly heard the saw rev it's tits off, clearly with no load. Went over to find the bar and chain in the tree, the clutch cover on the road and everything else in the bloke's hands.
