Hand mounding

Recommended Posts

Just a quick question to see if anyone knows how much it would be to hand mound. I can remember doing it back in the early 2000s and I’m pretty sure it was 50p per mound........... does anyone know if this is still the case?

Piece   rate for a job to prepare ground for tree  planting.

Looks hard work with a spade  or mattock....

Or maybe this

50p sounds way to low from looking at that picture of ground full of rocks?

Strimming patches first would make digging by hand easier.
