FSIB20 clutch

Hello,

 This wee grinder has a centrifugal clutch.

Recently,  when I let go of the throttle, the wheel continues to turn and a fair lick where as before it would stop.

Now, assuming the clutch is much like that on saws and before I take it apart and to avoid surprises, is it a question of an accumulation of debris in the clutch drum or weak springs and can these be replaced or is the clutch sold as a unit?

 Grinder has done 95 hours.
