Heated Seat Options

Now don’t judge me! I’m prepared to take flack from people about this but I have thick skin (and a cold arse).

Anyone got any ideas or options regards fitting a heated seat to my Logbullet. @Gray git played the seed, now I need to pursue the idea.

the machine has a 12v cigarette type power point but I was dreaming about a hardwired heated seat with an on/off switch. It would need to be weatherproof as the LB doesn’t have a cab as such.

Any bright ideas out there?

I used to have some catalytic heat pads for gloves and feet when skiing in very cold conditions and they seemed to last all day,  I see Amazon do heat wraps for backs which you could adapt for bum and would have the benefit of working when off the seat

A friend has a Kioti utv type machine, he got doors made for it by a local tarpaulin company, they're see through material with heavy duty zips.

Then he got a heater matrix and plumbed that in to the engine, with a wee blower fan.

I assume the log bullet is water cooled?

I'm not familiar with the logbucket can you pull the cover off the seat? They've been making aftermarket heated seat units for land rovers etc for years. If you can get the seat cover off you just put it underneath and install some super basic wiring. As it's under the seat it's pretty rain-proof. If you're pulling the seat cover off you can also look at re-foaming the seat whilst you're in there for more comfort ;)
