Drilling tree for cable bracing

I have the hammer drill version of the same Makita. One time an electrician installing an extractor fan borrowed it to drill through a fascia board with a 4in hole saw whilst 20ft up a ladder. The hole saw snagged, the drill continued to rotate and it lifted his feet off the rungs. He nearly kicked the ladder over with his flailing feet.

I know everyone has their favourites, and I would highly recommend metabo gear. Ok they haven't got the range of gear like makita do and they don't feel as nice in the hand, but, they are powerful, built to last, don't mind getting covered in dirt and just really good gear. I also use milwaukee and makita gear in various ways.
