There's a large one I see regularly. 3-4 year's ago I would have said it definitely had dieback, lot's of dead in the 1-2 year old wood, that yoghurty creamy-orange discolouration at the bottom of the younger dead branches, now it looks absolutely fine.

 

Whether it's somehow come through it or not I don't know.
