As per the title. I think mst of us so far have been relatively unaffected, in fact the opposite seems true in most cases...people are rushed off their feet.

Even so, I think theres bad times ahead and it pays to have some ideas up your sleeve. I have a few things i'm working on, hopefully one (or more)of them will pan out, and always looking for new ideas. I did post the other day about my partners teething product business that I am helping her with, but thought it would make a good subject of its own in the general chat section.

Not a massive amount really, apart from grafting harder, which I'm not keen on. Still doing the drains n pumps, helped a mate doing some landscaping, and labouring for another mate who's building an extension, money ain't the same, but its money. A lot of my servicing work has been put back.

Ive been working on fundraising and grant applications for our charity during the lockdown with varying degrees of success. (as well as a few climbing jobs) Our tree and landscaping businesses are social enterprises operating in the domestic sector so they have just about weathered the storm for now. I’ve done a few more LOLER inspections picking up a few more clients.

Charities are going to be hit particularly hard this Christmas as most supermarkets aren’t allowing any in store collections.

All of the initial grants and help will have dried up by then.

I've been really busy up to now,  definitely getting less work and quotes in all of a sudden.

But I Always stash the cash for raining days.

Did do a lot of forestry during lockdown and got massive amounts of timber to process into firewood so will be busy doing that if no tree surgery comes in.

But yeah gonna be tough next year I reckon.
