Forget Digbits or Evans and Reid. One of them (I forgot which) messed me around, didn't start the build when they said they would so I went elsewhere.

Vemac Engineering. vemacengineering

Far cheaper than the main two and will build it to suit your machine perfectly.

Great attachments on this site. Might get some prices. Would prefer it made for me and tested incase there's any problems later.

Thanks

I'm going to be honest, that belongs to my local saw mill man, like a timber vulture when he smells elm saw dust he swoops down with it, it may look tiny but he can manoeuvres HUGE bits if timber onto his TT105 trailer.

I'll ask him as I'm in the market for a mini digger or avant loader my self

James

just wondering what your man does with the elm?

Hi arborists.

Do any of you have some super links to a 3.5t GW lorry construction with a chipping box, for example Nissan Cabstar or alike. It is of course important that the payload is as big as possible 1800..1900 kgs.

If any of you has some great ideas in respect to i would be deligted

He loves the stuff, he saws it up and sells it for a fortune, it has a lovely tight locking grain for furniture

so I believe, between me and my other tree surgeon palls he's had tons of the stuff, in 2010 we did lot of big elms, funny for a tree that's almost none existent, or even more so now.

I was going to do an elm thread on a few we worked on but did't think people would be interested
