Some serious kit there mate.

Curious how did you make a leap from small gear to big gear like that?

What was your first big toy?

I'm just finishing my first big clearance and tbh have royally screwed my self price and time wise.

Proper learning curve. Could've done with some of those tractors and chippers.

Good luck with finding someone. I find staff the hardest part so far

My background is forestry, then line clearance then working for a very astablished company with some decent big kit so I'd had plenty of machine experience before going on my own, I never set out with a great plan but always had the believe that going home knackered and hurting didn't mean you'd had a productive day when clever use of machinery could help avoid this. Trick is working out what can save you labor but fits within the work your getting or aiming for, just got to remember the whole process as there's no point having a massive merlo like ours that can put tons of tree on the ground very quickly and 2 lads trying to keep up with a 750kg chipper into a transit as they will quickly become swamped and efficiency is lost but then there's no point running a massive truck and 14" 3.5ton chipper if your mostly doing back garden crown reductions.
What I'm trying to say is well resurched investment in equipment that makes yours and your staffs day easier is the key.

A few have come forward but unfortunately as I said I can't take a fully green appreciate as because of home reasons I feel it's not fair as I can't spend the time that they deserve.
