Ok I am pretty sure 1, 2 is cherry.

 

3,4 is maple

 

5,6,7, 12 is pear.

 

Which leaves 8,9,10 and 11 (same logs as in top pic of my second set of pics) which I think I was told was red oak, is that right?

 

Edit

Looking online, that doesn't look look like red oak, is that just larger maple logs?

 

I would like to know as I want to smoke some food with the logs. The food would be ruined if I use some unsuitable wood
