Well if anybody wants to buy some timber, we've got around 150 tonne of cored wood for sale. It's mainly Sycamore, Ash and a little bit of Cherry. Only felled 6 weeks ago.

Stick a for sale thread up Vikki, Loads of people on here would snap your hand off at the moment i reckon, All the firewood people seem to be running out

loads of calls....no logs....no truck to deliver with....missing some vital components to my log business just now!!

I bought a 23 year old 110 tipper end of the summer didnt really need it couldnt justify it wife moaned like mad. Its mega slow does `15 mpg and its diesel has 1 inch gaps around the doors but when loaded goes anywhere. On the road at least 6 hours a day for the last two weeks. Sending wife out to polish it

We do have a processor but already have around 750 tonne of firewood ready for this year and next year and are still producing more!! We are updating our website at the moment so will put it up on the posts when its sorted. Everything on the website has changed so much in the last couple of years. Thanks for the advice.:thumbup1:

If you need any delivered out Bury way, I can help you out rather than you lose your customers for next year. you get the order, I deliver and take the cash and I just pretend I am your delivery driver. You keep your customers and I sell the last 65 tonnes of my nice dry seasoned ash/beech/sycamore firewood which i dont really want sitting round til next winter. Sounds a bit dodgy i'm sure but i'm an honest guy fella and don't like upsetting anyone. You have to help each other out in these hard times!!
