Lead climber needed for nationwide work

We are looking for a competent lead climber for nationwide utility contract work, joining a busy and friendly team undertaking various tasks.

 

The work is varied from large dismantles, to hedgerow removals to grass and scrub clearance. Accommodation and overnight subs provided.

 

This will initially be a minimum 3 month position though will most likely extend beyond that. 

 

Our current works are in the Bridgwater, Somerset area, and Bridgend, South Wales area, though our company is based in west Northumberland and we also have work in the north east also, so this would be ideal for someone based in Northumberland and happy to work away from home.

 

We currently operate with 11 days on and 3 days off. 

 

Ideally 5+ years climbing experience - competent and comfortable with rigging and large dismantles

Relevant NPTC's, and first aid essential. 

Team leading skills essential

Own climbing kit, we can provide all saws/ rigging kit etc.

Drivers license and trailer license ideally. 3 penalty points maximum. 

CSCS, EMSS helpful though could be provided. 

BESC, NG persons, SSSTS, utility arb tickets are helpful though could be provided.
