It belonged to the Environment Agency, it was in the woods where I was cutting some Chestnut.

Some scrotes in a green Jimny backed in through the gate to hitch it up and got told to do one.

I’d like some clarification, it was left there by the EA, unlocked for an indeterminate time, till someone tried to have it away?

The EA had no business on site so I assume it was stolen and was being ‘collected’ by the Jimny. The EA where informed as well as the fuzz, and some large concrete blocks where placed either side of it until they arrived.
