Not a big ornamental conifer expert but At a guess try chamaecyparis columnaris on a google search ...

Chamaecyparis lawsoniana Stardust is a conical cypress with yellow leaves that turns bronze at the tips.
is a good start.
Would say it’s chamaecyparis (cypress) over thuja (western red cedar) or a leylandii variety of conifer any way.. you really need to see the foliage close up as there are many columnaris of different species to choose from.
In the small chance you are near the village of Arlesey roger griffin
WWW.ATCONIFERS.CO.UK

amenity trees are a long established conifer nursery known for quality of stock & first class service

If roger is still going he is an absolute conifer expert.

Aye the Italian cypress (cupressus sempervirins )would be a good bet , looks like slightly different foliage from what’s in the photo but you really can’t tell!, I have a load my dad grew from seed he got from Italy that look like this close up.
