I would go down the warranty route first, if you have no joy there (which I don't think you will) then its anybody's guess as PVC is a sod to repair. I've stitched it before with fair success, but good luck anyway. You may be able to find a decent heat patch to repair, or what about a proper upholstery repair shop.
