Its ok to be scared. :)

It's not about being scared, I was proper sickly a few weeks back, I'm not just saying that, there is a forum member that came to see me (probably not the best idea), I was shaking and sweating, this was days after the worst of it. I don't know if I had this poxy virus but I don't normally do ill. I'll give it a wide berth for now and let those who want to crack on, crack on.

That's the point of an effective opposition. To hold the government to account. Something that Corbyn failed to manage.

Scoring points isn’t the point of effective opposition which is all any of them ever try to do. I do include all of them in this. Pmqs is like watching playtime at primary school

Tracker apps, Covid passports, mandatory vaccines (Once Fauci and his crony’s have secured the patents of course) the onset of the cashless society....
All sounds a bit sinister to me.

I keep thinking of the 46,000 pensioners that died of the cold last year that no one gives a snot about..

Something does not add up..

You are correct, point scoring isn't the way to go, Starmer seemed to ask genuine questions when him and Johnson came face to face the other day, Johnson won't be able to bat him away like he did Corbyn, he's way to smart for that.

Times like these we need to pull together, whatever party we support.

Any one watch the vid posted by Billhook ? I mean all of it ?  Would welcome opinions ( the Chinese communist party etc etc )

I was wondering if it was just a bit of clever anti communist propaganda put together by the US military as there were a couple of hardcore military types interviewed. But it seems as though the virus was active in November and the source was not the Wuhan seafood market which does not sell bats.

So many different theories out there it is hard to form a firm opinion on what is the truth.

I never mentioned Herd immunity. I said in a previous post, that I literally posted within the hour that those who are vulnerable should self isolate and let those who have a far lower chance of dying from the virus make their own choices. But, Im not against the Old doing their own thing if they are well informed and aware of the dangers that presents. Sign a deceleration or something.

What you are suggesting is that you favour the strategy that would lead to 'Herd Immunity'.
Nothing more or less.

Are you pro - Trump?
I think you should lay off the likes of Breitbart. It's not good for you.
Steve Bannon is a problem.

Mark, I’ve been ‘clean’ for quite a while from BB. [emoji57]

I’m not so much pro-Trump as pro-people.
I look at the blatant corruption and rank hypocrisy of the Dems over there on a vast scale of issues, it staggers me that people can think that they are the supposed ‘morality’ ticket. Trust is a very scarce commodity.

(I see the #MeToo movement has just collapsed under the sheer weight of the media silence and double standard surrounding the Tara Reade allegations)

To say that Trump is the better of the options is no compliment to him, it’s just a damning indictment on how truly awful the left is over there.

Just as a matter of interest... does anyone seriously think that Biden is a good candidate?
I mean...really??
He actually makes Trump look very sharp and together...
Personally, I think he will withdraw at an opportune moment (maybe for ‘health’ reasons) and the ‘real’ candidate will make their entrance.
