Ducting rather than pallets.
And air fans to suck the cold damp air out as opposed to trying to blow dry air in.

Do you have a special reason for saying this?

I agree especially if under glazing plus as fan power is a function of volume times pressure  cold air would draw less power.

If you do something like then then just have to make sure the air flow passes through the pile and not just out the sides of the pallets.  I.e. you need some sort of sealing to ensure you don't waste much of your air flow.

Note: at the same temperature damp air is lighter (more accurately less dense) than dry air so naturally rises.

It's a large shed with plenty of air flow and the log stack is in the middle with open sides either end... my biggest concern would be mold....what do you lads think??I've another 80plus ton to go in which is all fresh ash(down 2months) Personally I think it would be alright just left alone but a second opinion doesn't hurt. Cheers

Its a well ventilated building,  you have natural air flow under the pallets,  I would leave it as it is.

I processed some Ash up today,  storm blown tree that fell last summer.  I cut it into large lumps and brought it back with a telehandler and 8 ton trailer.   Split it into processor size strips over the weekend,  moisture level is between 19% and 25% on the newly exposed face but having been sat for a day in the sun.   That will be 12% or less by Sept without any need to forced drying.
