Taken miself off for a couple of days to recharge the ole batteries

I’m not bad at cooking. I don’t do anything very complicated but I can make something out of nothing pretty reliably. I’ve noticed a few other forum members over the years seem to have some good ideas

What was in yours? I've never cooked them. My dad used to, I've find memories of steak and kidney pie with dumplings.

Mici, Romanian beef and pork sausages. With a generous helping of sour cream and garlic, (raw). Bloody lovely.
