Hi all just a short message, mainly to the self employed lads on here, this is just a bit of sensible addvise about your equipment, as you are all aware of what is going on in our country and the situation is getting worse by the hour, in a couple of days we may not be able to go to work as movement restrictions are going to be enforced, if you rent a unit, container etc for you gear i would urge you to take your most valuable items home and store then indoors, the crime rate is going to rise as it all ways does in a crises situation, there will be some scum selling or swapping you £1000 saw for a bag of weed some where and times will be hard enough with out shit like this happening, when all resumes back to some sort of normalety insurance companys will be weeks behind and it will take months to sort a claim out, stay safe and take great care,

Great advice as I posted elsewhere on here Blueline our local security group have advised us they are noticing increased activity by dubious characters eyeing up vans and buildings.

We had the lead nicked off a roof at work last month  around 100m of code 5 ! ( Hertfordshire) it’s not just replacement of the lead it was the damage the c...s did to the listed building getting it off. Had another visit Monday night had a break in on a small flat which is rented out ( mostly for security ironically) he was out they smashed door in rifled through . Just a matter of time before they visit again. My equipment is pretty secure but if you have the time and undisturbed no lock/alarm will stop them
