No, its not a road to nowhere. As you say this virus is calling the shots the world over. We need to eliminate the root cause of this. The economy is on its knees and we need to put measures in place to stop it happening again. The Chinese government would very much welcome your ideals of not making this a blame game but until they get their house in order they should very much shoulder the blame for this.

I think that’s the point it’s the Chinese government not it’s people that’s the problem.

they live like they do because they are governed with an iron fist. And a huge majority are very very poor. The wealth gap there makes the west share the money out equally

I think its both the people and the government. The People, at least a portion of them, and the government for allowing them to live like that. Yes the government rules them with an Iron Fist, but does that have to make what appears to be a sizable portion of the population so completely lacking in compassion for life? Be it animals or human? There are other poor countries in the world yet the do not seem to be anywhere near as cruel.
