a mate of mine works for Mid Devon District Council (  @nepia  you know who i mean) and the staff on the recycling lorries and grounds maintenance crews have been spooked by all the Covid goings on and have self isolated thru fear and distress.  He is the only ticketed grave digger and is unfortunately digging graves in readiness.  They are treating him with kid gloves as if he goes off sick then the council are snookered.  Sad times. Me 'n She (Wife and Groundess) worked yesserday but avoided any contact with the customers and we declined tea and CAKE ffs!

That there is pretty much the end of civilisation Ken. Having to turn down free cake and tea.

Also, just think of all that wonderful ale that's been brewed for pubs that are now shut. It's all going to go to waste ?

Mill lane is the very steep one before the Plough if you come from Cellar Head cross roads?

Plough Bank is the steep one on the right, coming from Cellarhead. Mill Lane is after that on the left, goes down past the church and school.
