Building near or close to an English oak tree

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me, I have a building plot which has 9 oak trees covered by TPO’s. The trees are 1m wide and fully flourished approx just over 20m high, the canopy is approx 6m out.

 

Any ideas how close to the tree I will be able to build a bungalow??

Worked on a similar job,
Client had to put pilings down, then cast a floating slab on top.
Air spaded all round, then laid root protection matting for the driveway.
Or just build a tree house?

A lot will depend on whether you are on shrinkable clay or not

You need somebody to calculate the Root Protection Area and as stated before advice from planning.

you need to drop some pikeys with saws a couple grand and go on holiday.
