Very hit or miss ... seems like it's missing as you try to rev it up to cut and then catches up but seems "under pressure" with a load .... I took it into D & M today and they've tweaked it so will give it a proper try as soon as it's not tipping it down and hopefully it's resolved.

They did comment the exhausts on these do sound a bit different to some of the other makes.

Ok . DM do know what they are at . Take out the spark arrestor screen . That might help a tad .

Sounds like it is running on the rich side, unusual as most manufacturers leave them on the lean side to meet emissions.

Does it clean up in the cut? Is the air filter clean?

Normally I would stick the correct tool on the H screw, rev it and use a tach but am guessing this isn't something you can do. Can the supplier retune it?

One last thing to check, make sure the choke is fully open and not sticking partially closed, had this on MS200Ts before with a similar result.

I bought one the same a couple yrs back ran like a bag o shite like your saying,took it back to retune and still ran crap,didn,t bother with it again,first echo i bought and wont bother again
