I’ve also included the invoice of what I ordered. I’m sure if you phoned and gave the order number they can replicate the order. Took about a week to get sorted and sent out.

I'ts probably dependent on browser. On firefox I just right click on the video and choose "save as", accept the prompted title and then replay it from the download.
