Oh ok? A bit rich coming from you considering you made this thread political and highlighted your political bias while creating a Strawman argument. ?

I felt the Brexit debate showed some peoples true colours that prior to it we would have been blissfully unaware of. IMO it drove many away so it seems pertinent to Wisewoods question so I mentioned it.

Well maybe think next time before posting unwarranted politically charged posts then getting on your high horse when someone disagrees with you. :)

It’s nothing to do with argumentative sorts like Andy, that has been used years ago about other peeps (I was the pantomime villain here oncewhen the forum was at its peak)

I am on another yankee forum where it’s the same story.

As has been said it’s down to FB groups, younger tree blokes gravitate toward these groups. Why? I don’t know, but then I’m not young.

It’s the way it is.

Not charged at all. It's not which way someone voted but how they conducted themselves and what was deemed acceptable language on the forum that left a bad taste in the mouth.

Don’t be so asinine. You singled out “right-wing” comments. You could have easily just me too Ed the thread without singling out any elements, hence why it was a politically charged comment, as you well know.

Sounds like you need a change from what normally leaves a bad taste in your mouth....?

Well if you think that one or two threads debating Brexit, on a sub-forum hardly anyone visits is putting people off viewing the sub forum for chainsaw carving much to contrary to everyone else opinion and evidence then of course that's your right.  :) Its also mine to call you out on your BS. :)

Depends how you use the forum. If you use "Todays Posts" then some days the Brexit threads are always up the top.

I agree that many people just seem to use FB these days but many people moan about that so I would have thought a more active forum would be useful. It's a bit chicken and egg though, the more people who post the more it encourage others to post, and visa-versa.

Anyway, nice bear, Wisewood, what wood is the yellow carving?
