I can only tell you what word on the cut is so take it with a wheelbarrow of salt, (boats are still measured in feet n inches, this is important in this case), the landowner had space, (just) for the small boat pictured  to nip on the end of his mooring, CaRT disagreed and told him to get it moved, he did, he stuck it in his field, I'm led to believe the landowner won the day and the boat is back on its rightful mooring. CaRT, like @kevinjohnsonmbe could have a row in an empty room.

It’s where the more balanced and logical argument may be had Mr Egg!

 

(since anyone else’s opinion is clearly and obviously sub standard ?)
