Do you pay him enough to learn drive?

He gets £12.14 per hour plus 22 days holiday and all tips and has to get to mine which is 2 miles or the yard which is 500 yards from his house and gets a lift in and out to work from either of those places.

He also gets paid for a full day if we finish early and there is nothing to do which happens a fair bit.

“What goes on toor should stay on tour “.  And all that?

And quite rightly, until someone suggests sacking someone off for being five minutes late, then denying they were there. My ex missus was two steps from giving him a slap. Keep ya thumbs down.

T'was you, no doubt. @silky fox, @mendiplogs  @pie eater pete    Although he was more pissed than you, and running around naked. You may not remeber falling off the pick-up, I do.

I really have no idea what you're on about. You've lost the plot.

If he’s properly employed you’re on dangerous ground if you just sack him in one fell swoop.

Could end up costing you a few quid, unless he taken drugs at work or something like that.

There are procedures to follow, written warnings etc.

I don't want to sack him. I want him to either stay or leave but if he stays then don't be malcontent and don't give me shit for not paying him enough when terms were agreed and have even increased his wage 2 months ago. Just fucking leave and stop busting my ass or stay and shut up and do his job. He's a self entitled little twerp.
