Avatars gone AWOL

Just me, or have several of us lost our avatars?  I mean the generic ones, not the user uploaded ones.  Has there been a software update or something?

You might have to clear your browser cache to see what I mean.

Mines of Rufus and he has been gone for 2 yrs and he still shows up

Managed to get mine back, had to select "No Photo" in my profile settings.  Dunno what changed, or why but it's working again.
