Second climber

Recommended Posts

Be able to climb and do almost everything.  Or everything if given a little supervision.

Have the desire to be a lead climber.

Or a been there and done that type of climber, who is there to give the younger ones a chance to progress.

Personally id plum for an older climber who doesnt climb regularly anymore.

I had a guy work with me couple of times, never looked is if he was breaking sweat but got shit done.

Never had to ask him to do something,he seen it needed done and done it.

Difficult to answer this question as there are so many variables but take someone on a watch them work.

Your evaluation of there skills and knowledge will determine the pay scale.

Thanks for the response. What is a good rate to pay a second climber?

A little less than your first climber.
