Looks more like whitebeam to me. Leaves aren't elongated enough for bird cherry and the branches are too erect. The trunk splitting into multiple stems like that is very whitebeam as well.

If it is whitebeam it won't leaf up again that well if pruned or thinned.

Whitebeam leaves aren't necessarily white on their underside, they are merely paler than the top side. In the last picture, the leaves are clearly paler underneath. It's hard to judge actual colour from a photograph and  whitebeam leaves deepen in colour through the summer.

I may be wrong but I still think it's a whitebeam. The overall shape and habit is correct. The bark and multi-dividing trunk are correct. The leaf shape and veining is correct and, as far as I can see from the picture, the leaf clusters are born on the tips only and they are the right shape.

If it isn't an actual Sorbus Aria, I bet it's a Rowan of some sort.

The leaves are pointed at the tips, there are quite blunt at tips on whitebeam. Id also say its bird cherry

Yeah you could be right. It's a tidy shape for a bird cherry. They often seem to become a straggly mess when they get to that size.
