Aye, it's good rock armour. Freedom of speech is fine, just don't jeaopardise prosecutions in the process.

How exactly do you jeopardise court proceedings by asking a person how they feel about their guilty verdict just prior to sentencing? Give me a break.

Why did he latch onto it?

Does the rape of children by brown men from another part of the world who are often called Mohammad become less of a thing if the person who shines light on it is self interested??

Who actually gives a fuck why he latched on to it? Jesus christ man consider your bias and the reality it's weighted against..

Court proceedings are ongoing until sentence is served, sentence hadn't been served. That's why there were press restrictions.

You and I know that's a good argument whilst being bullshit at the same time.

It's not an argument, watch the video of him outside Leeds Crown Court. He was the only "journalist" there. Why?, because all the other journalists were told to stay away.

I'm in two minds about the bloke but he isn't above the law.

Of course that’s true.

But maybe the ‘system’ is the problem if the ‘system’ is so fragile as to be shaken to its core by someone asking a person that has already been found guilty ‘how they feel’ between the point of being found guilty and sentence being announced.

For the love of God - anyone that seriously thinks this is anything other than a political prosecution is a part of the problem.

Yes, it probably is a political prosecution. When you're told to wind ya neck in, wind ya neck in, or you'll go to Gail. Softly softly catchy monkey.
