Hi all just brought a tired Timberwolf 190 tracked , just ordering blades , anvils service kit, belts etc , just seeing before I take rollers apart is there anything in there that will be worn they look ok bottom one to the left a lot and at slight angle though

I think the rollers are on Teflon/nylon bushings. Not difficult to replace

Best thing to do is strip it down then order what you need there is a lot of TW parts stockists in the uk you will have the parts the next day and if you decide to replace the main bearings loosen all the bolts whilst on the machine or you won't get them out when it's off the main one in the middle sometimes need a little heat.. Hope this helps

As above the plastic bushes are worth changing, also worth checking the stub shafts that run in the bushes are not knobbed, roller body grease hole that runs through the middle of the rollers is normally blocked solid so worth clearing that, check the splines for wear on the hydraulic motors and the ones in the hub bolted in the roller, while its apart its worth having the roller blades sharpened. Other than springs I cant think of anything else worth worrying about in the rollerbox department.
