Yes Gary . Its all easing off considerably . Still seeing the consultant tomorrow . Its still there but much diminished , thanks for asking bud .

Glad you're on the mend.
I've had good results with CBD oil for the injuries I've racked up thus far.
It may be worth investigating when you know what the state of play is. I'm happy to send you some info about it and a link to good companies.

Something similar happened to me abt 6 weeks ago - neck felt like it was full of wire ropes - fukinpainful, couldn't get out of bed . two sessions of massage but still there . easier but still pains on movement . Possibly neurological but muscles like fire when I wake up ? Baffling  :( K

Nasty . The thing with mine is my neck does not hurt . They say its " referred  " pain .
