Took me 10 years to get trees cut back properly off lines they would come out and trim around Base of poles and do other light trimming, then they said they would be trimmed and set dates for shut down and nothing happened and when I rang they had no info on work I then sent the head of UK power East anglia email out line there breach of health and safety to members of the public got a response in 20 mins and work was done in 2 week.

It is a poor clearance and doesn't look like they have the min statutory clearance either,  well with in your rights to keep complaining if no luck go to the ombudsmen.

 

Unfortunately some network operators are better then others.
