Yup, dealers won't use this method but have had saws fixed like this last years of professional abuse so there you go.

Try to avoid rubbing up and down the bore in one small area as you can produce a slight cavity in the bore that will lose you compression if above the exhaust port. Going around the bore is better as it will allow the piston to bed in on the slightly rough bore surface.

Hey Roys, ring L&S Engineers, i know they say out of stock on the internet site/pages, but quite often i have still put things to basket and proceeded to checkout/payment or simply just rung them and they do actually have stock, not always but majority of time. Worth a call [emoji106]
