Chain oil is almost certainly leaking from the two pipes that "seal" onto the pump. Most of the ones I have had have done this. Replaced the pipes and pump still leaks.
 


Bit of Hylomar blue helps seal the pipes to the oil pump, just be careful not to cover the holes. There is a video on youtube

Hi chaps looking at the piston/cylinder kits to buy new... there was a thread on here a while ago regarding which size to buy depending on the age of the saw and what cc it is. Pretty sure it’s an 02 model with 42mm size piston.. Has any one got the link to the thread or a link to the actual website to buy
