they are just applying the law, you should have gave them your UTR and NI number and registered for CIS then it would have been 20%. As i already said they have no say in it. Bit poor comms though, at least you will be registered for the next one.

i was initially contracted by the church to commence work before the :site manager:appeared on the scene,the question is when does a field become a construction site,a mate reckons they have to break ground first,ie,digger.
