AUS insulated rods

Thinking of buying a new set of AUS pruning rods. I see on their website there is standard rods and there is 'rail rods' which are apparently a bit heavier and probably less likely to bend/flex when you have say more than 8 on at a time. Anyone tried these heavier ones, if so what did ya think of them versus the stock rods? K

I used to think that the flexibility was a bonus at times! We used to regularly work with a dozen up! Each bag that we had used to have 24+ in each. I think we could field five bags a day at our best!

If slightly more rigid, I'm not sure that the weight would help!

Not used the rail rods. Sounds like you already know, but things get pretty ridiculous using 7 rods ( I only have 7) of the standard ones. Saying that not broken or bent any yet.

they bow when ya use more than about 5 clicked together.  Most i have had on is 12/13 but they were supported by resting on limbs as they went up which help greatly.
