Yes , That is correct but I was thinking more in the saw department . I remember when the 560 first came out there was a Jonnyred  version . same saw different plastics and red and black . I thought it looked good .

It was always Jonsered, no s on the end,it was sold by Westmac until it was moved in with Husqvarna, the range lost its true identity, so Husqvarna products were basically coloured red and black, most Husqvarna models are available Jonsered branded, they have different top handles ( straight across ) side covers and top covers, the 625 was the Husqvarna 61, 630 was the 162, 670 was the 266, the models then gained a prefix CS, cs2149 (346) cs2156(357) etc, cs2260 (560) cs2253 (550) i could go on but dont want to bore everybody, the brand is still going and still owned by Husqvarna, ironically it is an older brand than Husqvarna, and Partner even older, the brand as far as i know its just not sold in the UK.

AIUI the saw was Jonsered and the factory Jonsereds.

Like Stubby a jonsered 621 was my second saw (Danarm DDA110 was first)  and it was distinctly better than the more rounded Huskies of the time. I think the husqvarna 162 evolved from the J621 and hence it influenced all later huskies in that line, 266,268, 272.
