Well I hope you get a house on campus with that 21 K after providing Level 4 arb skills and PTI arb tree inspection along side yr litter picking abilities, because otherwise that is not an attractive offer, sadly. K

Well, what can I say, tree management, and litter picking, also 21k tops

I think your get very few applicants.

But I’d like to be proved wrong.

Cheers

Frankly, and I am not ranting - Arb has seen it's whole skill set devalued over the last ten years, a PTI gets a van, a tablet n 26 K a year basic, why are climbers not getting that ? So yr gonna have PTI then go litter picking fr 21k ? When the job is slack ? K

( for those -PTI is Professional Tree Inspector, a Lantra award such as needed for the campus tree management they should have in place )
