Husky saws 390XP, 395XP, 3120XP to be discontinued?

Recommended Posts

Complete accident, exhaust heat or something on a log, went for lunch and came back to find the saw had gone with the log. We've all done something similar 😂

The guy on the left taught me the job from when I began tree work, he told me a story about him setting fire to a new 3120xp when he was young and green. I wonder if it was this one?!

Do you see Paul now still? Character isn’t he.... would not of been that one it lasted a few years mid 90”s before seizing If I can remember.

I see him occasionally still, probably about 6 months ago was the last time. Hell of character, glad to have had him as my tutor as he knew exactly how to push you on. miss working with him now!

I'm slightly concerned with the possibility of no more 120cc saws in future.
Wondering if I should start stock piling 880's?

Just a wee word on this, I was talking to a Stihl dealer in Germany the other day and he said they have no issues getting 880's in stock still. Yes, they aren't compliant with the latest European emissions laws however as they sell so few of them, the German government deemed it unnecessary to ban their sale.

So no panic, it might be more awkward but you can still get one shipped to the UK.

Thats interesting news about stihl. I decided not to take the risk and from what I gather I have bought the second last 395xp that Listers had.
