The wider impact will be to reduce accidents, near misses and fatalities, make the industry more attractive to a wider audience and generally elevate the industry so that it is reflective of the modern world.
This course is a one-day pragmatic and engaging programme for people working in the industry providing skills to help them in their daily management of others through increased awareness, emotional intelligence and great communication.
