I see some things in employment and stuff for sale and I read between the lines, just an old cynic I guess.

You will need a strong work ethic = You’ll be asleep in the van on the way home at 7pm.

Must be able to work in a team = Lead climber is an arrogant psycho who will attempt to kill you.

We do a mixture of private and utility work = You’ll be shitting in a bramble patch next to a railway line for 12 months a year.

Ads for machinery.

Honest machine = Absolutely fucked.

Reluctant sale = I’m desperate for money.

Some minor issues easily resolved = will cost more to fix than a new one.

Unfinished project = I’ve had a nervous breakdown/wife has left with the kids.

Any others..?
